The White Raven Milsim Team is a dedicated group of gel ball enthusiasts committed to embodying and promoting the values of community, honesty, respect, integrity, and fun within the gel ball community. We strive to maintain a highly respected position through exemplary sportsmanship, active community engagement, and consistent performance in gel ball activities.

Our core values are:

  • Community First: Every action we take is aimed at benefiting the gel ball community.
  • Honesty: We maintain transparency and honesty in all our interactions, always with respect.
  • Respect: Our conduct always reflects positively on our team mission and values.

  • Fun: We remember that our primary goal is to enjoy the game and ensure it remains enjoyable for everyone involved.

Interested individuals are encouraged to reach out through our official channels (such as our website or social media platforms). Potential recruits may be invited to attend training sessions and events to ensure a good fit with the team’s culture and values.

Members are expected to:

  • Behave with respect and class at all times.
  • Resolve disputes respectfully.
  • Maintain their equipment, including wearing the team’s Multicam Tropic uniform.
  • Attend at least one training weekend a month.
  • Always call their hits during games.

We support the community by fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment, offering mentorship to newer players, and collaborating with other teams and local organizations to promote the sport’s positive growth and recognition.

The White Raven Team does not have traditional military-style ranks to ensure equality among members. Leadership roles such as Team Leader, and positions like Camp Dad, are functional and based on organizing and supporting the team, rather than establishing a hierarchy.

The team has a scheduled overnight training weekend once a month, and members are encouraged to participate in additional events and games as they occur.
